Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Nikhil Jain has 23 years of work experience in the real estate sector, which includes working for over 12 years as CEO of a big real estate developer based in Gurugram.
Be it delivering units to buyers, raising funds (from private investors as well as Government funds like SWAMIH), resolving land related matters, Government liasoning, complete projects execution, company management or media interactions, Mr. Nikhil Jain has proficiency in managing all the aspects of a successful corporation.

7 Group Housing projects with over 55 lacs sq. ft. area having more than 3800 customers with saleable area of almost 30 lacs sq. ft. Over 2600 units already handed over. Total cost of projects - over Rs 3500 cr. 2 Plotted colony projects spread over 225 acres having development potential of over 80 lacs sq. ft.

With more than two decades of real estate experience, the leadership team brings expertise in project development, financial structuring, land acquisition, and large-scale project management.

Launch of Lifestyle Farmland ProjectsBhoomann Developers began developing premium farmland communities designed for peaceful living and long-term investment. These projects combine natural surroundings, modern infrastructure, and secure gated development.

Development of Anahata FarmsOne of the company’s key projects, Anahata Farms, was introduced near the foothills of the Aravalli range in Naugaon, Alwar. Strategically located along the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway corridor, the project offers gated farmland plots designed for farmhouse living, weekend retreats, and long-term land investment.
